Develop designs for re-using pre-owned modular buildings as lodges for leisure resorts in Wales and Scotland.

To develop a range of multiple lodge types and sizes from a minimum of standard modules.

A system of 3no. modules are configured into 1-4 bed lodges over 1 or 2no. storeys.

Pre-owned modules are fitted-out off site, including sustainable options of solar hot water banks, whole house ventilation and rainwater harvesting.

The first operational prototype was completed in late 2009.
